I’m really pissed because I keep losing..and i can care less if some of u guys write, “well, don’t run anymore..you’re a loser” THis is because i seriously want a part in student government or a student honor society. I hate it when people make the assumption that I wan’t to do this just for college, cause I simply wanted to be known in high school. The problem isn’t that I’m not popular..sure a lot of peopl don’t know me, but i’m like the wedge in between popular and totally forgetten..Meaning I have friends on both sides( I know i’m sounding stereotypicla..but hey, it’s the truth) I keep losing by so little points, my courses scheduele got screwed multiple times, and I just want to win something..cause I really care For the record, I didn’t win 4 times (3 for student council and 1 for SHS) I didn’t get elected via interview 2 times…and btw..im usually really good at interviews..I’ve gotton jobs and internships, summer programs, and I’m really good at that stuff. Overall, idk why there’s still a apart of me that still wants to win..because clearly I’m such a loser..literally grr..if people only knew me (well that’s me venting for right now)

This is my introduction for an essay on the following topic Did the period of reconstruction after the Civil War leave positive or negative legacy for the African Americans? After the great Civil War ended, the Union was saved but the nation was shattered. The period of reconstruction to rebuild the nation had started. The salves were now officially free but what they would do with this newfound freedom would leave a legacy. Some were positive and successful but there was also failures and negative aspects the African Americans left after Reconstruction. what alterations should I make to make my introduction better. I also want to make it a bit longer because my teacher said that paragraphs should be at least 5-7 sentences long. What should I do. Is what I already have good? ( I’m in 8th grade so make your judgment on that level) thanks

Ok, I go to Western Governors University. Their semesters are 6 months long. A. Is this a realistic goal if I take 7 writing classes which the majority are only 1 to 2 assignments, and the other is 4 assignments and take 6 proctored exams during my next semester. The following semester take 8 writing classes which the majority are only 1 to 2 assignments, one class is 5 assignments, one class is a 25 page paper and I will take 6 proctored test during this semester. If I take this then I will complete my B. S. in Marketing by April 30, 2010. OR B. Is this more realistic goal for me to take 5 writing classes the majority are only 1 to 2 assignments, and one class is 4 assignments also take 4 proctored test. The following semester take 5 writing classes the majority are only 1 to 2 assignments, and one class is 5 assignments also take 4 proctored test. Then the last semester take 5 writing classes the majority are only 1 to 2 assignments, and one class is 25 page assignment then take 4 proctored test. If I take this then I will complete my B. S. in Marketing by September 30, 2010.

I am writing an essay on the book A Separate Peace by John Knowles, and I’m talking about how Finny wouldn’t be suited for the war even without his broken leg. Ideas for a hook?
