Dear Epstein and Edwards, In order to enhance security measures within the Dennis plant, a magnetic card reader will be put in place as of 10th of July, 2009. Each of the crew will be granted with a magnetic card having their pictures and relevant information like name, ID no, etc. This card is held personally and swiped on the reader every time the card holder goes through the gate. When a crew member accompanies someone (friends, relatives, etc), the normal procedure is applied for non-card people. The crew will be soon called for picture taking and information recording in due course (Dennis plant’s people will handle this).
